Shadowmourne bugg,

Hello. i got my Shadowmourne today and i noticed the effect dosent work.
"Equip: Your melee attacks have a chance to drain a Soul Fragment granting you 30 strenge, when you have Acquired 10 soul Fragments you will unleash Chaos bane, dealing 1900 to 2100 shadow damage split between all enemies within 15 yards and grating you 270 trenge for 10sec"
Been testing on many mobs but dosent seems to get a Single Soul fragment.. feel like i just spended my Voting points on a crap wep.
