About Pulse.
I've founded Pulse to provide this server with a stable guild, with stable raid times. After spending a few weeks in W/E))) there was no leadership, no control and this reflected on the outcome on their raiding. What I am offering with Pulse is a guild with a leader that has time management, and can set a raid schedule and follow it. Combined with this Pulse will operate with a set of goals in mind and hope to achieve these goals, making the building and forming of our fully fledged raid team a more organised affair.

Pulse Raiding.

I understand the current situation with the server population, and this is why our aim is to start off slow and build up from there, this means we are starting as a dedicated 10man guild where with this 10man group we will build a group of core raiders and then expand into 2 10man groups, and finally begin 25man raiding. Personally i do not wish to rush this process, so this will stretch out over the course of a few weeks.

We use Mowhawk Voice as our chat software, since I own a server that supports 40 people, and i find Mowhawk Voice to be better than other competitors products. This will be required to raid with.

For loot we use a simple roll system in 10mans, however we will begin using EPGP when our 25man raiding begins.

Our Raid Schedule

Monday - 20:00 (realm time)
Tuesday - No Raid
Wednesday - 20:00 (realm time)
Thursday - 20:00 (realm time)
Friday - No Raid
Saturday - No Raid
Sunday - 20:00 (realm time)

Raids last 2hours 30minutes, which means they end at 22:30 (realm time)

What we expect from our members.

We do expect to have people that are dedicated, and we can rely upon for most raids. This does not mean however you have 100% attendance, we understand people have lives outside of Warcraft. We simply want a warning of when people will not be attending raids. We expect people to be fully prepared, with consumables, flasks/potions, fully enchanted and have time set aside to raid. We also expect members to be friendly and available to have a laugh, we do not want to create a slave labour raiding guild, we want to create a raiding community.

Shaman:

Enhancement - Open x1

That was the problem, people logged in whenever because there were no set raid times. I'm creating Pulse not because of the fact that your guild couldn't raid but the fact that you approached it in the complete wrong way. Having a guild that organises raids means people know when they should log on, which provides more opportunity to have the numbers online at the right time.
