Ilse of Quel'Danas Empty Ilse of Quel'Danas

In the isle of quel'danas i've noticed a few bugs. one is that there are many enemy dragonhawk riders that attack you in the safe town, and also, the emmisary of hate does not spawn.

I will remove dragonhawks, like i did before. And emissary does spawn if he didn't he does now.

Like on retail, you can use the quest item at Emissary of Hate's spawn point and get the quest complete.
